FORCE MGMT / PATROLS · PLANNING AND RESPONSE

Plan against
readiness. Patrol
without a pattern.

Patrols planned against sites and posts, staffed from the roster with conflict detection and gated on readiness. Every run draws a fresh route variant — order shuffled, timing jittered, legs re-drawn — so no patrol sets a pattern an adversary can learn; corridor and schedule deviation raise graded alerts, and the run replays as its own after-action review.

01 / PLANNING AND EXECUTION

Plan against readiness. Patrol without a pattern.

A predictable patrol is an exploitable patrol — an officer who passes the same gate at the same minute every night hands an adversary a timetable. Patrols plan against sites and posts with staffing drawn from the roster; every gate is checked before the run leaves; every run travels a route of its own. PLAN stages the posting, TRACK follows the live run inside its moving corridor, and REVIEW replays the run as its own after-action review.

MAP PREVIEW
  • 01

Postings span static guard, estate patrol, event security, armed response and CIT — every kind plans against sites, posts, ordered checkpoints and a corridor the same way.

  • 02

Staffing draws from the roster with conflict detection; an armed posting gates on grade, competency and registration standing; a vehicle gates on its pre-shift readiness check.

  • 03

Every run receives a fresh route variant — checkpoint order shuffled within site constraints, timing jittered within contractual bounds, alternate legs — so no patrol sets a learnable pattern.

  • 04

Live traffic re-plans the remaining legs mid-run and the corridor moves with the re-route, so a legitimate adaptation never raises a false deviation; leaving corridor or schedule raises a graded alert.

  • 05

A checkpoint proves presence by dwell plus an authenticated check-in, and REVIEW replays the run as its own after-action review — planned variant against actual track, coverage, punctuality, deviations with dispositions, response timelines.

SEE ALSO

The pre-shift readiness gate a patrol vehicle must pass lives in Fleet; man-down and panic reach the covering run from the officer’s device, governed in Wearables.

02 / RESPONSE AND DISPATCH

Every alert reaches the run already covering it.

A panic press, a corridor deviation, a jammed device, a man-down consumed from the officer’s wearable — every source converges on the covering run, or a standing unassigned operation if none is covering yet, so nothing is dropped for want of a matching patrol. Dispatch pulls the nearest capable unit, and life-safety always outranks everything else in the picture.

NEAREST CAPABLE UNIT

readiness + eligibility + proximity
  • 01

Every alert source converges on the run that is already covering the location — nobody has to route a panic press or a geofence trip to the right operation by hand.

  • 02

A standing unassigned operation catches anything that arrives outside a covered run, so nothing is dropped for want of a matching patrol.

  • 03

Dispatch pulls the nearest capable unit rather than the next one in a queue — capability includes readiness, posting eligibility and proximity together.

  • 04

Life-safety events outrank everything else in the derived status, always — a man-down or a panic press pre-empts routine deviation and schedule alerts without exception.

  • 05

Response timelines roll up per shift and per site, so a slow pattern shows up in the record long before it becomes a complaint.

SEE ALSO

Man-down and panic originate on the officer’s device, governed in Wearables; the vehicle a dispatched unit rides in reports its own readiness in Fleet.

ENGAGEMENT

The pattern an adversary studies does not exist.

Every run is planned against readiness and drawn fresh, monitored to its corridor and schedule, and replayed against its own plan — so coverage is provable to the client and never predictable to anyone watching the gate.
