Verified
before the
first shift.
Identity confirmed against the national population register with liveness and photo match, PSIRA grade and status verified as a recorded fact, competency tracked per weapon type to expiry, and genuine erasure when service ends — every officer a verified fact before the first shift, and only for as long as the record stands.
Verified before the first shift.
An officer joins the picture already verified: identity confirmed against the national register with facial liveness matched to the official photo, PSIRA grade and registration status checked with evidence captured, and firearm competency tracked per weapon type to its expiry. From that day the record is governed — and when service ends and the retention clocks expire, erasure is genuine: the officer, every duty and crew link, removed with a certificate to show for it.

0OFFICER ERASURE · RIGHT-TO-ERASURE
When service ends and the retention clocks expire, one erase removes the officer, then ripples outward severing every duty and crew assignment one by one — each producing a deletion certificate.
CREDENTIAL CURRENCY · PARALLEL CLOCKS
- 01
Identity is confirmed against the national register, with facial liveness matched to the official photo — verified before the first shift and re-verified on trigger events, never per shift.
- 02
PSIRA grade and registration status are checked per officer, with the evidence captured and a verified-at timestamp; a lapse revokes armed-duty eligibility the moment the re-verification lands.
- 03
Duty eligibility is evaluated whole at assignment time — status current, grade at or above the posting floor, employment active, competency current for the weapon class — and a failure is an explicit block, never a silent bypass.
- 04
Availability — available, off-shift, detached or unavailable — surfaces directly in the readiness picture, so a roster gap is visible before it becomes a posting gap.
- 05
Every check carries its POPIA lawful basis, every adverse outcome passes human review, and an officer is located only through the unit they crew — readiness, not surveillance.

ADVERSE OUTCOMES
INDIVIDUAL TRACKING
Four independent checks, one governed record.
Before an officer reaches the roster, four checks run independently and land as typed, evidenced facts: identity against the national register, registration standing with PSIRA, a fingerprint-based criminal-record clearance, and competency per weapon type. Nothing here is a composite score — each check keeps its own validity window, its own re-verification trigger, and its own evidence trail.
VERIFICATION PIPELINE · SEQUENTIAL
No adverse outcome is ever automated alone: a failed or ambiguous check routes to a reviewer before it touches a duty assignment.
Identity is not re-checked per shift — it is re-verified on trigger events (renewal, incident, standing change), so the record stays current without re-running a clean check needlessly.
Screening runs on a cadence rather than a one-shot pass at signup, and a match is recorded as a reviewed disposition — never a silent flag on the record.
- 01
Signup captures identity and consent only — a formatted register number, a national ID reference, and the specific consent records each downstream check requires.
- 02
Each check is typed and independently sourced: population-register identity with facial liveness, PSIRA registration lookup, fingerprint-based criminal-record clearance, and per-weapon-type competency evidence.
- 03
Every check carries its own validity window and re-verification trigger — none of the four run on the same clock, and a lapse on one narrows only the eligibility that check gates.
- 04
The pipeline produces a record, not a score: pass, fail or pending, with the evidence and a verified-at timestamp attached — never a composite risk number.

The roster is a register of verified facts.
Every officer on shift is confirmed against the national register, current with PSIRA, competent for their posting and accountable for their gear — held as one record from the first shift to genuine erasure at the last.
